Is there any information given in the Report that is not provided on the web-page?
  Yes. Reports contain ALL data for your search (not just the fraction shown on the web page).
  Additionally, the reports provide additional data that we are unable to show on the web-page due to size limitations.
  Finally, the reports are provided as an Excel document, allowing users to filter, analyze and manipulate subsets of data at their discretion.

Can I get a new version of the report if I lose my original?
  Yes. you can email us your email address and invoice number.

Are there limits on the number of records I can download?
   A maximum of 20,000 adverse event reports can be downloaded at any one time. If you request a report from a query that contains more than 20,000 results, you will receive the first 20,000 results only.

How does the download process work?
  By clicking the "Google Checkout" link, you'll be taken to a secure page where you can use your credit card for purchasing the download.
  Once we create the report, we will email you a link that will let you download the report.

Am I allowed to copy the Excel report?
  You may make copies for you own personal use (e.g., one on your laptop while traveling and one on your home machine, backup copies in case your system crashes, etc.) but you may not give your Excel report to other people.

Are the Excel reports restricted in any way?
  The Excel reports are not copy protected and they have no functional restrictions.
  The Excel reports are, however, personalized with your user name and other identifying information.
  You may view or print them for personal use as you see fit.
