FDAble provides both Free and Subscription (a.k.a. Premium) Based Services.
Terms Applicable to Both Free and Premium Accounts
1. Please do not use automated methods (e.g. bots) to register and/or use your account.
2. One person per account.
3. Please do not share your account and/or password.
4. Please do not use FDAble for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
5. Please do not post or transmit unsolicited email or spam messages.
6. Please do not transmit worms, viruses or any destructive code.
Terms Applicable to Premium Accounts
1. Subscriptions to FDAble Premium have a duration of 365 days at a price of $500 per subscription.
2. You may cancel your FDAble Premium subscription at any time.
3. Your subscription charge is not refundable.
4. The FDAble Premium subscription includes the following:

8. All of your saved searches and downloaded reports will be deleted upon cancellation. This information can not be recovered.
Copyright and Content Ownership
1. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to FDAble. However, by signing up for a free account, you agree to allow anyone to view and share any material you make public.
2. FDAble does not pre-screen material submitted by its users, but we may refuse or remove any material submitted to FDAble.com depending on its propriety.

4. The FDAble Premium subscription includes the following:
- Unlimited downloads of search results as Microsoft Excel© reports. Each download is limited to 25,000 adverse event cases to reduce report size.
- Searches are private and not viewable by other FDAble users (Searches made from free accounts are publicly viewable).
- The ability to save an unlimited number of queries for future reference (Free accounts allow 10 saved queries per account).
- The first notification will be sent approximately 21 days before expiration.
- The second notification will be sent approximately 7 days before expiration.
